Position Title: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - Bilingual (English/French)

Compensation: From $23 to $26 (Based on Experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Confirm customer packing slips
Perform collection calls
Daily sales reconciliation
Post daily sales transactions
Enter cheques and payments
Provide account-related support at the POS level




Assist with month-end closing processes

REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to work Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Bilingual in English and French (asset)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
Accounting diploma or degree is an asset
Robust communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
