Job Title: Intermediate Help Desk Specialist Employment Type: Contract
Hybrid Must haves:
Secret clearance (Level II) required.
College diploma or certificate in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Minimum
3 years
of experience within the last 5 years supporting:
SAP Solution Manager and SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
Experience must include:
Incident management , Application support, User support, ERP workflow troubleshooting.
Experience supporting defence, aviation, maintenance, logistics, or asset management settings
