Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day Finance team operations and mentoring • Approve month-end close processes and reconciliations • Review payroll entries from Human Resources • Enhance internal control frameworks and contracts • Prepare variance analysis and financial insights monthly

Requirements: • CPA designation required • Degree or diploma in accounting or finance • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proven team management and prioritization abilities
