Our team is growing, and Marcon Metalfab is hiring a CWB Certified Welder to join our dynamic team based in Delta’s Tilbury Park.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift

Days: Monday to Thursday

Hours: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM (10 Hours)

Pay: $30 - $40 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up components for welding according to specifications.
- Select welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws.
- Utilize angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings and measurements to plan layout and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment.
- Welding proficiency in all positions; TIG is an asset.
- Experience with aluminum, stainless is an asset.
- Explicit communication skills in English.
- Extended health & dental.
- RRSP matching.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation.
