• Lead CFC Canada’s legal and compliance strategy • Oversee licensing framework for corporate and individual licenses • Provide practical regulatory advice to senior stakeholders • Review and negotiate supplier contracts and agreements • Monitor legal developments and translate them into actionable guidance

Requirements: • Canadian-qualified lawyer with 10+ years of experience • Extensive in-house insurance experience required • Robust knowledge of insurance licensing and compliance • Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders • Fluency in English; French is an asset
