Venus Home and Health Solutions is a Nurse Practitioner-led nursing agency serving rural Manitoba hospitals, long-term care facilities, community health placements, and home care across the province. We are building our bench of qualified LPNs to serve contract and agency placements as they come online.

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses who want to be part of an agency built differently: clinician-led, relationship-based, and honest about what the work actually involves.

What we are looking for: LPNs with experience in one or more of the following:

- Long-term care and personal care homes
- Community health and home care
- Clinic-based primary care
- Medication management and administration
- Rural LPN roles

Required:

- Current, unrestricted LPN licensure in Manitoba
- Current CPR certification




- Current individual professional liability insurance (through your provincial LPN association or equivalent)
- Ability to pass a criminal record and vulnerable persons check
- Reliable communication and professional accountability

Especially welcome:

- Rural LPN experience
- Multi-provincial licensure or willingness to obtain it
- Indigenous cultural safety training completed or in progress
- Flexibility to travel for medium-term or longer contracts

Note on our current stage: Venus does not currently hold active contracts. We are building our bench and our infrastructure now so we can move quickly and deliver well when contracts are secured. If you join the bench, we will keep you informed as opportunities develop and match you thoughtfully when they do. Being on the bench now means you are prioritised when placements come in.
