About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Journeyperson Plumber to lead the development and operation of our Plumbing & Heating Division in Northern BC.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate will perform plumbing and heating work, oversee day-to-day division operations, and work closely with our administration, dispatch, and project management teams.

The role provides the opportunity to help establish and grow a new Plumbing & Heating division with the support of an established restoration company.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $100,000 per year
- Profit Sharing: 15% of total branch profit

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment, development, and daily operations of the Plumbing & Heating Division
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and restoration-related service work
- Complete installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work
- Coordinate with administration, dispatch, and project management teams regarding scheduling, job costing,



invoicing, and materials
- Oversee material requirements and inventory for plumbing and heating work
- Ensure work complies with applicable building codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Provide technical leadership and support for plumbing and heating projects throughout the Northern BC service area
- Act as the primary technical contact for plumbing operations in the region

Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Red Seal Plumber or valid BC Journeyperson Plumbing certification
- Gas Certification: B-Level Gas Fitter certification is strongly preferred
- Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in plumbing and heating installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Leadership: Experience leading projects, crews, or service operations is an asset
- Driver's License: Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Background Check: Ability to complete a standard background check
