Job Title: Line Cook / Grill Cook

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook / Grill Cook to join our kitchen team in Arnprior. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, delicious meals to our guests while maintaining a clean, efficient, and secure kitchen environment.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

Station Setup & Stocking: Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients, cookware, and utensils before the rush. Keep the line fully stocked throughout the shift.

Food Preparation: Prep ingredients accurately by chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and preparing signature sauces according to standard recipes.

Grill & Line Cooking: Cook menu items to specified standards using the grill, fryers, and other kitchen equipment. Ensure perfect temperature, timing, and food presentation.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace.



Strictly follow provincial food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols.

Inventory & Storage: Monitor product freshness, rotate stock using FIFO guidelines, and properly label and store food items at the end of the night.

Requirements

Previous kitchen or grill experience is a strong asset.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
