Job Duties
Prepare and cook entire meals or individual dishes and foods
Supervise and monitor kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Ensure kitchen and food prep area clean and sanitized
Decide the size of food portions and estimate food requirements and costs
Order and monitor kitchen supplies

Job Requirements
Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Language: English
