Senior Manager, US Lending Acquisition & Portfolio Strategy We are seeking a senior manager who will own the end‐to‐end acquisition and portfolio performance strategy for US lending products, driving originations growth while optimizing credit performance through data‐driven insights, testing, and cross‐functional execution.Ready to Lead If you're looking to utilize your experience in US Lending Acquisition & Portfolio Strategy, drive process improvements, and contribute to a high‐performing finance organization, we'd like to hear from you.Responsibilities Product Development and Acquisition Strategy Own acquisition strategy across channels including direct mail, digital, and affiliate.Design and optimize test‐and‐learn frameworks to improve approval rates, CAC, and originations.Partner with Risk to align acquisition strategy with credit performance targets.Performance Monitoring & Risk Management Own portfolio performance for all US lending products, delivering clear, actionable insights to senior business leaders.Identify emerging risks, behavioral trends, customer needs, and operational signals across the customer journey.Strategic Insights & Thought Leadership Provide thought leadership on competitive landscape, market share, customer profile, macroeconomic trends, and product‐specific performance.Translate business questions into analytic requirements and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to solve business problems.Cross‐Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate across Marketing, Retail, Risk, and Digital to track, monitor, and optimize acquisition performance including campaigns, offers, and the application and onboarding funnel.Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure changes meet policy, regulatory,
