The Nursing Unit Manager of O.R./R.R. is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care in the Operating Room/Recovery Room. The Nursing Unit Manager of O.R./R.R. is accountable for the efficient and effective use of the unit's human and material resources in accordance with the philosophy, objectives and policies of the O.R./R.R., and the facility and the health region. Experience in leadership
Five (5)+ years experience in healthcare leadership preferred
Education
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or other allied health profession
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license

Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
