Key Responsibilities:
• Guide swim instructors to deliver quality lessons
• Execute all duties of an Instructor/Lifeguard
• Ensure timely assessment and reporting of swimmer progress
• Address customer concerns and maintain explicit communication
• Conduct regular safety drills and audits for compliance
Requirements:
• Experience in swim instruction is essential
• Current Red Cross or LSS Swim certifications necessary
• Must possess Standard First Aid certification
• National Lifeguard/Assistant Lifeguard award needed
• Valid police check for vulnerable sector required
