Lead community relationships with West Coast LEAF as the Community Engagement Manager in a hybrid role. Oversee initiatives that drive gender justice and organizational accountability while connecting with diverse communities.
This temporary position offers a 0.8 FTE role in Vancouver, BC. You will engage with community partners, facilitate the Family Well-Being Coalition, and manage critical grants. The ideal candidate brings skills in relationship-building, project management, and team-oriented facilitation to ensure community voices shape WCL's advocacy and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination for the Family Well-Being Coalition
• Build accountable relationships with priority communities
• Design meaningful engagement processes with staff




• Integrate community perspectives into organizational planning
• Manage projects, budgets, and reporting for initiatives
Requirements:
• Experience in community engagement or advocacy
• Solid relationship-building skills with diverse groups
• Understanding of systemic oppression impacts
• Proven project management and facilitation abilities
• Commitment to WCL's intersectional feminist values
