About the Opportunity

ProxyLink is currently recruiting for a Project Manager position with one of our clients. We are looking for an experienced qualified to lead IT service management, release management, change management, and technology delivery initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead IT projects and technology delivery initiatives from planning through completion.
Establish and improve Release Management and Change Management processes.
Coordinate with business units, technology teams, and key stakeholders.
Develop governance frameworks, processes, standards, and operating procedures.
Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops,



and process assessments.
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Support adoption of standardized processes across teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
10+ years of IT/project management experience.
Experience with IT Service Management, Release Management, Change Management, or Project Delivery.
Experience working in large enterprise or public-sector environments.
Solid knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or DevOps delivery environments.
Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

Experience with enterprise tools such as:
ServiceNow
Jira
Azure DevOps
CI/CD and DevOps environments
