Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.




- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety standards
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
