Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to ensure efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols
- Monitor cooking processes to ensure proper timing, temperature, and presentation of dishes
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared meals




- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to uphold a safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize kitchen operations during busy hours

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with serving protocols and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining efficiency under pressure
