Responsibilities include managing the underground service crew, ensuring safe work practices, and providing clear production objectives. You will also actively monitor performance and facilitate the necessary training and resources for your team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the underground Service, Hoist & Crushing crew
- Assist in hiring and training new employees
- Ensure training and equipment availability
- Communicate production goals and schedules
- Conduct daily pre-start safety meetings

Requirements:

- Technical diploma in a related field
- Minimum five years related experience
- Two years in a supervisory role
- Strong working knowledge of mining methods
- Proficient communication and computer skills
