Position Summary

The Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests in the lounge area. This role ensures a positive guest experience while maintaining compliance with AGCO alcohol service regulations, health and safety standards, and Delta Bingo policies.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Experience

- Greet and serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food, beverages, and other items efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns or escalate to management as appropriate.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and protected environment for all guests.

Food & Beverage Service

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with AGCO regulations.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying ID and monitoring consumption.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation, stocking, and presentation as needed.
- Handle cash, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.





Compliance & Safety

- Adhere to AGCO regulations, Delta Bingo policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or non-compliant behavior to management.

Teamwork & Communication

- Collaborate with other lounge and gaming staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with cleaning, setup, and closing procedures.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol in Ontario (Smart Serve certification preferred or required).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required.
