As a Loss prevention officer , you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the safety and security of our esteemed customers, staff, and premises. Dressed in a distinguished uniform, you will represent the epitome of refinement while maintaining a vigilant and professional ambience

Skills

- Prevent shoplifter theft in a retail environment while providing customer service to clients, patrons and customers.
- Wear plain clothes to work undercover, discreetly blending in with shoppers.
- Patrol store aisles, monitor customers, and watch security camera footage.
- Confront individuals you suspect of theft, who have unpaid merchandise.
- Escort trespassers out of the client premises.
- Perform arrests, detainments, and recover unpaid merchandise
- Complete required documentation for security incidents such as theft and violations.
- Escalate situation to law enforcement as required.
- Respond to emergency situations appropriately in a timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate

- A Valid Ontario Security License
- Use of Force certificate required
- Previous Experience in Retail Security is mandatory




- Experience with arrests and detaining shoplifting
- Previous security experience in a retail environment
- Solid communication skills, both written and spoken.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
