Quality Control

Monitor production output to ensure compliance with product specifications and food safety standards. Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Identify and report product defects, process deviations, or quality concerns. Take corrective action within the scope of the position. Documentation &

• Reporting Complete production records and logs accurately. Record machine settings, production quantities, downtime, and performance information. Document maintenance activities and equipment issues. Communicate production concerns to supervisors in a timely manner. Troubleshooting &

• Maintenance Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot operational issues and make minor repairs or adjustments as required.



Escalate equipment failures and maintenance concerns appropriately. Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Safety &

• Food Safety Follow all GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, Quality, and Occupational Health &

• Safety requirements. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Education ~ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge & Skills Solid technical aptitude and understanding of machinery operation. Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills. Familiarity with industrial safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and technical documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Experience Previous experience operating manufacturing or food processing equipment preferred. Food manufacturing experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required by production operations. Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as operationally required.
