Flexus is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Machine Operator / General Shop Laborer

This is a hands-on position working in our shop. The successful candidate will operate machinery, assist with production, and perform a variety of general shop duties to keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently. We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities:

Operate shop machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with various stages of the manufacturing process

Perform general shop and production duties as required

Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare materials

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy





Assist other team members as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, machine operating, or shop environment is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person

Mechanical or hands-on aptitude

Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

Ability to read and follow instructions

Good attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Physically able to perform general shop duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
