Key Responsibilities:



• Contact past due customers and negotiate payment arrangements • Maintain and coordinate payment recovery efforts according to policy • Document all call activity in the Collections system • Assess accounts and refer for further action if necessary • Meet individual collection targets to support departmental success

Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Flexible availability for rotating shifts • Experience with collections is a plus • Must pass criminal and credit background checks
