The role will direct the vision and roadmap for IT Services, focusing on service management and AI-enabled capabilities. Define and maintain IT Services Portfolio strategy and roadmap
Collaborate with architecture and engineering for scalable solutions
Chair the ITS Product Council to prioritize and align roadmap
Track portfolio performance against defined targets
Coach Product Owners on strategy, roadmaps, and prioritizationRequirements:
Minimum 7 years in product management, especially in transformation
Experience with enterprise IT service management or digital products
Solid knowledge of agile principles and value-based delivery
Data literacy in defining KPIs and using insights
