both practical and emotional
• Maintain accurate records and monitor policies
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent is required
• One year of relevant experience in social services
• Strong service orientation and adaptability
• CPR and First Aid training are assets
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills
