About RockyPeaks

RockyPeaks Solutions Inc. is a growing property maintenance and caretaking company based in Canmore. We provide maintenance, property caretaking, landscaping, snow removal, inspections, handyman services and project support throughout the Bow Valley.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on Maintenance Assistant / Handyman to join our team.

Responsibilities

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities include:

- General property maintenance and minor repairs
- Basic carpentry, drywall, painting and handyman work
- Property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Landscaping, seasonal clean-ups and snow removal
- Assisting with small renovation and improvement projects
- Moving materials, tools and equipment
- Taking photos and completing daily work reports
- Supporting the RockyPeaks team with day-to-day property operations

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors year-round




- Willing to learn and take on different types of work
- Professional when working around clients, residents and guests

Experience in maintenance, construction, carpentry, landscaping, renovations or similar hands-on work is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, work orders, photos and reports

What We Offer $23–$25/hour depending on experience

Full time employment with approximately 30–40+ hours per week, mileage reimbursement when a personal vehicle is used for company work, varied work throughout Canmore and the Bow Valley, and opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibility as RockyPeaks grows.
