Maintenance & Trades Coordinator

$70,000–$80,000/year, depending on experience

AMR is an established, family-run commercial general contractor based in Calgary, completing a high volume of projects each year. We're looking for a genuine jack-of-all-trades who can perform minor repairs and maintenance work themselves, and also coordinate subtrades when a job calls for it.

This is a hands-on, versatile role. You'll be doing minor repairs and maintenance directly, and lining up and managing sub-trades for larger work. We want someone skilled across a range of trades, resourceful, and reliable, who takes ownership and keeps our jobs moving.

What you'll do:

- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance work directly (carpentry, fixes, installs, patch-ups, general upkeep across a range of trades)
- Coordinate and schedule subtrades for larger jobs and keep them on track
- Assess what can be handled in-house versus what needs a subtrade




- Communicate with clients throughout their projects
- Pick up and manage materials as needed
- Keep several jobs organized and moving at once

What we're looking for:

- Able to perform minor repairs and maintenance hands-on
- A true jack-of-all-trades, skilled and confident across many types of work
- Experience coordinating or managing subtrades
- Sharp, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple jobs
- Solid communicator, comfortable with clients and trades
- Reliable, self-directed, and takes real ownership
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable with basic email and Excel (our systems are straightforward)

What we offer:
