Topman – Water & Sewer Construction WCL is looking for an experienced Topman to lead trench operations on our underground water and sewer crews. This role is critical to safety, accuracy, and production. If you know line and grade, understand trench work, and can coordinate a crew effectively, we want you on our team.

Salary: CA$31.01–CA$38.00 hourly Contract: Full-time requires travel to various locations in the Leduc/Edmonton area (AB). Travel expenses are paid by the employer when the job site is outside of Leduc. 3+ years experience working as a Topman in underground water and sewer construction. ~ Robust understanding of line, grade, and pipe installation practices. ~ Ability to direct excavator operators to maintain proper trench depth and alignment. ~ Solid knowledge of trench safety, shoring, and ground conditions. ~ Able to coordinate pipe layers, helpers, and labourers.



~ Safety-focused with strong job site awareness. ~ Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
