As a Maintenance Technician at Nch’ḵay̓, you will be tasked with maintaining building systems, upgrading interiors, and repairing equipment for optimal property performance.

Your expertise in plumbing, minor electrical work, and preventative maintenance will be crucial. Conduct repairs and upgrades for tenant facilities

- Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment
- Execute regular property inspections and reports
- Assist with maintaining lighting and outdoor areas
- Follow safety laws and internal policies diligently Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a maintenance or handyman role
