• Performance Steering Act as the finance lead for the Product Line , partnering closely with the General Manager and leadership team Provide clear insights on risks and opportunities ,



influencing both strategic and operational decisions Drive accountability across the business for financial performance (Orders → Revenue → EBITDA → Cash) Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for the Product Line Deliver accurate, timely and insightful analysis versus Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year Perform detailed Price / Volume / Mix / Cost (PVM) analysis with clear business storytelling Performance Insights &

• Decision Support Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation actions Support key strategic initiatives and transformation programs Leverage BI tools and automation to streamline reporting and enhance insights Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems and reporting Leadership &

• Capability Building Build financial awareness across the business by coaching non-finance stakeholders Strong sense of ownership — acts like a business owner, not just a finance partner Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and influencing decisions Continuous improvement mindset — not satisfied with the status quo Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A; or finance experience Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills
