Join Mothercraft as a full-time Manager for the current Centre for Early Development in Brampton. Lead childcare initiatives and foster growth in young children with a focus on quality education. In this management role, you will report to the Associate Director while overseeing operations at Mothercraft’s Norton Lake Centre.

You’ll ensure all programs align with Mothercraft's educational frameworks and maintain high standards of care for children. Your leadership will guide a team of dedicated educators in delivering enriching experiences for all young children. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the operational management of the Norton Lake Centre
- Ensure high-quality child care and program adherence
- Develop family and child programming in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support recruitment,



staff development, and training activities
- Manage budgeting responsibilities aligning with centre operations

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Diploma; BA in Education preferred
- At least 5 years of childcare experience, plus 3 years in management
- Registration with College of ECE and required certifications
- Familiar with Child Care and Early Years Act
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain health assessments
