Join West Coast LEAF as a Manager of Community Engagement, focusing on fostering solid community ties in a hybrid setup. This position promotes gender justice by connecting with coalition partners and communities. In this 0.8 FTE temporary role, you will oversee vital projects like the Family Well-Being Coalition.

Candidates should be adept at relationship-building and project management, bringing invaluable community knowledge into WCL's strategic advocacy. You'll lead initiatives, strengthen community practices, and support the Indigenous Advisory Circle. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the Family Well-Being Coalition and partner communications
- Cultivate reciprocal relationships with coalitions




- Collaborate with staff to enhance engagement processes
- Integrate community insights into planning and education
- Manage key projects, grants, and accountability processes

Requirements:

- Experience in community organizing, partnerships, or related fields
- Relationship-building with diverse communities
- Knowledge of systemic oppression and its impacts
- Experience managing projects and stakeholder coordination
- Commitment to WCL's intersectional feminist principles
