CIBC is seeking a Director, Enterprise Machine Learning Frameworks & Operations in Toronto. This role emphasizes shaping MLOps strategies and enhancing AI scalability in a hybrid work workplace.

As a pivotal leader, you’ll drive the design and development of enterprise-wide MLOps capabilities. Your expertise in CI/CD pipelines, regulatory compliance, and engineering standards will ensure a robust AI delivery process. You will also oversee tooling frameworks, focusing on both traditional and large language models, and manage end-to-end model deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead MLOps strategy and technical deliverables
• Ensure compliance with regulatory governance requirements
• Develop production-ready AI/ML systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders
• Mentor teams in MLOps best practices

Requirements:
• 8+ years in AI/ML or MLOps roles
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Experience in regulated environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
