Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IAM architecture and design aligned with NIST standards
• Monitor adherence to governing change management processes
• Drive automation of access workflows and governance




• Implement continuous improvement in access review systems

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of IAM experience with a focus on tools
• Proficient in enterprise authentication and authorization
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python
• Proven experience in a compliance-oriented financial setting
• Solid verbal communication in English required
