The InfoLink Team is searching for student leaders who are enthusiastic about assisting peers navigate essential academic resources. As a Peer Advisor, your responsibilities will include providing guidance on campus services and opportunities, responding to inquiries, and ensuring operational success at InfoLink locations. You will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming setting for students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line customer support across campus locations
• Address in-person and email queries effectively




• Deliver accurate academic and resource information
• Facilitate students' community involvement opportunities
• Oversee the maintenance of lost and found items

Requirements:
• Must be a continuing undergraduate student of U of A
• At least one academic year of study completed
• Eagerness to learn university services and procedures
• Ability to engage with the public on-site
• Willingness to work during operational hours
