Join our team as the onshore Storage Patching Tower Lead, your role will focus on coordinating patch lifecycles across major storage platforms during Canada hours. Be a key player in managing firmware upgrades and ensuring compliance.

As the lead in this critical role, you will facilitate communication between client L2/L3 and vendor liaisons while overseeing the integrity of patch deployment across 811 PB environments. Responsibilities include planning non-disruptive upgrades and validating system health. You'll direct offshore SMEs and maintain compliance reporting critical to storage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead firmware and microcode patch execution across diverse storage systems
• Validate health checks and multipathing setups pre-upgrade
• Collaborate on SAN/NAS and switching firmware cycles




• Oversee lifecycle tracking and compliance of storage assets
• Conduct RCA and implement rollback if necessary

Requirements:
• Proficiency with IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, and NetApp systems
• Experience working with L2/L3 and vendor communications
• Strong knowledge of NDU practices and reporting
• Familiarity with SAN/NAS environments and compliance protocols
• Ability to navigate escalations effectively
