Reporting to the General Counsel, this in-house position requires an accomplished lawyer with a strong JD or LLB degree and a minimum of five to seven years post-call experience. You will address a wide range of legal matters, including corporate, governance, employment, and compliance, ensuring the organization meets its goals while managing risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive legal advice across corporate and commercial areas
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Support procurement, financing,



and real estate transactions
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues
• Conduct legal research with practical recommendations

Requirements:
• JD or LLB degree with good standing membership
• 5-7 years of post-call legal experience
• Proficiency in corporate/commercial law and governance
• Strong legal research and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
