CIMA+ is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Roadway Design to spearhead major transportation projects. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams in designing urban and rural highways, ensuring quality and efficiency from concept to completion. Your role will involve preparing crucial technical documents and maintaining relationships with clients and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee roadway design from concept through construction
• Prepare and review technical documents and cost estimates
• Conduct quality control for design models and reports
• Lead site inspections and constructability reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain collaboration with teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years roadway design experience
• P.Eng. certification in Ontario
• Familiarity with MTO and municipal standards
• Proficient in Civil 3D, InRoads, and OpenRoads Designer
