This existing role within the Legal Services Division seeks a energetic Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of experience in real estate and municipal law. You will collaborate with senior council and staff on diverse legal issues, ensuring alignment with TCHC's tenant-focused culture and business objectives. Your expertise will directly support our extensive portfolio of properties across Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on residential and commercial real estate matters
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents

Requirements:
• Licensed to practice law in Ontario
