Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, you will provide rapid, just‑in‑time mentorship, orient recent staff, and promote evidence‑based practice to ensure high‑quality patient care.
The role requires 3+ years nursing experience on the unit (5+ for specialties), active CRNM/CRPNM registration, and strong leadership and teaching skills.
