Requirements
No formal childcare qualification is required for this role.
A genuine passion for working with children
An interest in Early Years education and child development
A caring,



patient and friendly approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A reliable and professional attitude
A willingness to learn and develop within childcare
An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
Previous childcare experience is beneficial but not essential.
