You will troubleshoot hydraulic systems and communicate effectively within the team. This role demands structural planning, independence, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain all mill machinery including pumps and conveyors
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems to resolve malfunctions
• Share knowledge with Apprentices to develop their skills
• Implement creative solutions to enhance equipment reliability
Requirements:
• Valid Interprovincial Millwright ticket
• Experience with hydraulic systems and CMMS
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to a safe working environment
