As the Lead Caregiver, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care while coordinating shifts and providing mentorship to new caregivers. You'll ensure that each resident's needs are met while promoting a safe and compliant workplace. Your leadership will foster teamwork and improve care standards by modeling excellence in caregiving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct shift assignments and manage caregiver attendance
• Assist with ADLs when needed for residents
• Provide coaching on quality standards and documentation




• Oversee resident monitoring and address concerns promptly
• Mentor new caregivers in a supportive manner
Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; must be 18+
• Hold certifications for CPR and First Aid
• Excellent communication and delegation skills
• Prior experience in senior or memory care environments
• Ability to model professionalism in all interactions
