Key Responsibilities:



• Manage all store lease transaction processes • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and brokers • Prepare financial reports and analyses for decision-making • Support construction and store operations for CAPEX projects • Compile occupancy budgets and related forecasts

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • A minimum of 3 years in retail real estate • Proficiency in financial analysis and lease economics • Robust negotiation and communication skills • Ability to travel for meetings and site visits
