Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will manage the Family Intervention Program, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with the Child, Youth, and Family Enhancement Act.

You will lead a team dedicated to supporting families and children involved in Child Intervention services through strategic oversight and community partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure operational efficiency in service delivery
- Develop a robust annual plan with objectives and timelines
- Act as a liaison with Children's Services for program insights
- Gather regular feedback from participants on services
- Stay updated on Family Support and Case Management developments

Requirements:

- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role

- Detailed understanding of Alberta’s Child Intervention Framework
