Your role centers on mentoring, facilitating performance discussions, and enhancing operational procedures to align with FNTI’s mission. This managerial position necessitates expertise in supporting diverse learners and a commitment to creating a culturally safe environment for all. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor Student Success Facilitators
- Develop schedules and performance management strategies
- Support new SSF onboarding and continuous training




- Ensure consistency in learner support services
- Initiate and monitor learner engagement and retention efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
- Five years of experience in learner support roles
- Proven leadership in educational settings
- Proficient in conflict resolution and team development
- Familiarity with learner information systems and reporting
