MIP is looking for a Manager, Tenders & Contracts to join our North America team and lead a strategic portfolio covering tenders, contracts, commercial negotiations, compliance, customer relationships, forecasting, and S&OP;.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end tender and contract process
- Manage commercial agreements and negotiations
- Build strong customer and procurement relationships
- Analyze contract profitability and identify opportunities
- Develop customer forecasts and support demand planning
- Contribute to MIP’s S&OP; process
- Partner with Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing to optimize inventory and service
- Ensure compliance and proactively identify risks and opportunities

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years in Tender & Contract Management, Sales Operations, or a related commercial role
- Strong contract administration, negotiation, and compliance experience
- Experience with forecasting, demand planning and/or S&OP;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent French and English, written and verbal

Appels d’offres et contrats pour se joindre à notre équipe nord-américaine et gérer un portefeuille stratégique couvrant les appels d’offres, contrats, négociations commerciales, conformité, relations clients, prévisions et S&OP;.

Principales responsabilités :

- Diriger le processus des appels d’offres et des contrats
- Gérer les ententes commerciales et les négociations
- Développer les relations avec les clients et les équipes d’approvisionnement
- Analyser la rentabilité des contrats et identifier les opportunités
- Élaborer les prévisions et soutenir la planification de la demande
- Contribuer au processus S&OP; de MIP
- Collaborer avec la chaîne d’approvisionnement et l’approvisionnement stratégique
- Assurer la conformité et identifier les risques et opportunités

Profil recherché :

- 5+ années d’expérience en gestion des appels d’offres, contrats, opérations commerciales ou domaine connexe
- Solide expérience en contrats, négociation et conformité
- Expérience en prévision, planification de la demande et/ou S&OP;
- Excellentes aptitudes analytiques, organisationnelles et communicationnelles
- Orientation client et fortes habiletés relationnelles
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
