Drake International is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our Ontario HR operations from Cornwall. You will partner with Quebec HR, drive recruitment, performance management, payroll and perks, and promote a high-performing, inclusive culture.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or IR, 10+ years in HR with 5+ in management within manufacturing, and a provincial HR designation. fluency in English is essential; French is an asset.
