Manufacturing Specialist- Aseptic - Fill Finish (Isolator Ops)<

plays acritical role in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing by operating and maintaining isolator systems for aseptic filling processes. This position ensures compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and supports the production of high-quality injectable drug products in a controlled environment. <

Non-exempt position, range of $30 - $34 per hour, depending on level of experience. <

- At least two(2) years of experience operating isolators in a sterile/aseptic manufacturing facility < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; ">
- At least two(2) years of experience in a GMP manufacturing facility < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> < Strong>
- At least one (1) year of experience with routine cleaning, decontamination, and setup of isolators according to SOPs. < /strong> < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *High School Diploma or GED < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> < Strong> Preferred Requirements: < /strong> < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; ">
- Experience working with Master Control, and/or SAP. < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; ">
- Experience with cleanroom operations and environmental monitoring < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Experience with automated filling equipment and troubleshooting isolator < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Bachelor's degree in biology and /or Life Sciences < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> < Strong> Responsibilities Include:



< /strong> < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Operate isolator systems for aseptic filling of sterile injectable products < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Perform routine cleaning, decontamination, and setup of isolators according to SOPs < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Handle sterile components and materials in compliance with aseptic techniques < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Complete batch records and controlled documentation accurately and timely < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Monitor and document environmental conditions and equipment performance < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Participatingin training and continuous improvement initiatives < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> *Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with GMP standards < /span> < /p> < P> < Span style="font-size: 10pt; "> < Em> Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
