Manufacturing & Warehouse Lead – Agricultural Equipment

Canadian Agri Technologies Inc. is a small and growing manufacturing company specializing in agricultural equipment. We are looking for a mechanically skilled, hands-on individual to take an important role in overseeing our day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, staying organized, and finding ways to improve how things are done. The successful candidate will work alongside our assembly team while taking responsibility for keeping production, inventory, and shipping running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production progress and help ensure deadlines and production targets are met.
- Receive and organize incoming parts and inventory.
- Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure parts are readily available for production.
- Prepare completed equipment and parts for shipment to our 3PL warehouses.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and production problems and find practical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve our manufacturing process, shop organization, and efficiency.
- Bring forward ideas and help implement approved improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who:





- Has solid mechanical aptitude and is comfortable working with hand and power tools.
- Can troubleshoot problems and think through solutions independently.
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in doing things correctly.
- Is organized, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision.
- Takes initiative and looks for things that need to be done.
- Is physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and working with equipment throughout the day.
- Works well with others and communicates effectively.
- Is comfortable in a small, growing business where responsibilities can change over time.
- Is willing to learn and take on additional responsibility.
- Is willing to operate a forklift. Training can be provided.

Previous experience in mechanical assembly, automotive, agricultural equipment, manufacturing, construction, machinery repair, welding, fabrication, or a similar hands-on environment is an asset but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
