Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment setting in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness routines or follow-up sessions.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress while respecting confidentiality.




- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout each session.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong understanding of medical terminology related to health and wellness.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and address client questions or concerns.
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program and valid licensing as required by local regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols in a clinical setting is preferred.
